***Army Service Uniform/Army Green Service Uniform (Class A) are the required uniform for graduation.*** Report time is 9 a.m. Construction began immediately and the first building, the camp headquarters, was completed January 31, 1942. The city of Colorado Springs, Colorado purchased land south of the city and donated it to the War Department. The programs and facilities include, but are not limited to, things to do on Fort Carson. Fort Carson was established in 1942, following Japans attack on Pearl Harbor. Maps are assembled and kept in a high resolution vector format throughout the entire process of their creation.
